Albert Joiner
Albert first studied Fine Arts in his Chicago high school, where he developed his painting and drawing skills using live models and still life subjects, created murals, and studied various artists such as Gauguin, Van Gogh, and Rembrandt. In 1985, Albert earned his Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He then went to work creating designs for women’s and men’s apparel. Albert later moved to Phoenix and worked as an interior designer, creating custom finishes for home interiors. Today, Albert paints and enjoys creating pieces reflecting a casual, sultry island vibe, under heated sunsets, surrounded by the mysterious quiet of the island nights.
